Match-cut detection across scene boundaries
The Editor agent now proposes match cuts that span scene breaks, and the timeline snaps both clips on accept. Storyboard regen is 2.3× faster on long reels.

Departments — group agents into a real crew
Agents are now organized into departments on the timeline. Collapse a department to focus, assign a lead, and let leads delegate setups to their own agents.
